We provide residential and commercial painting services and related work in New Hampshire and surrounding areas, including interior and exterior painting, cabinet painting, deck and fence staining and painting, pressure washing, drywall repair, wallpaper removal, and related preparation work. Our website and online forms allow you to learn about our services, request a free estimate, and communicate with us. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our website or services at any time.
At an estimate, we may take photos of your space and show you digital previews of how paint colors may look. Color previews are digital approximations for planning purposes only. Actual colors will vary based on lighting, surfaces, sheen, screens, and other factors. We do not guarantee that finished work will look exactly like a preview. We recommend reviewing a physical paint sample before making a final color decision. Photos taken for previews are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may reschedule or cancel an estimate appointment by calling or texting us at the number we contact you from. We ask that you let us know as early as possible. We may need to reschedule appointments due to weather, emergencies, or other circumstances, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.
From time to time we may offer promotions, such as a discount on your first project with us. Unless otherwise stated in writing, promotions apply to new customers only, apply to the first project only, have no cash value, cannot be combined with other offers, and must be reflected on your written estimate or agreement to apply. We may change or end promotions at any time, but we will honor any promotion already included in an estimate you received, for the period stated on that estimate.
By submitting a form, booking an appointment, or otherwise providing your phone number, you agree that we and our service providers may contact you at that number by phone call and text message about your request, appointments, and our services, including through automated technology and artificial or AI-generated voices. Some calls and messages are handled by an AI virtual assistant. Calls may be recorded and transcribed. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Any painting or related work we perform is governed by the written estimate, proposal, or agreement you accept, which will describe the scope of work, price, payment terms, schedule, and any warranty. If anything in that written agreement conflicts with these Terms and Conditions, the written agreement controls for that work. Start dates and completion times are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, the condition of the property, and other factors outside our control.
Any warranty on our workmanship is provided only as stated in your written estimate or agreement, including its length and what it covers and excludes. The disclaimers in Section 14 apply to our website and online content, not to the workmanship warranty described in your written agreement.
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and provide accurate, current, and complete information when you submit a form or book an appointment.

We will not use photos of your home in our advertising or marketing without your permission.
Payment terms for any work, including any deposit, payment schedule, accepted payment methods, financing options, and applicable taxes, are set out in your written estimate or agreement. We may suspend or stop work for non-payment as described in that agreement.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless our company, owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these terms or your submission of false information, including submitting a form with someone else's contact information.
We may refuse service, cancel appointments, or restrict access to our website for any reason, including breach of these terms, fraudulent or abusive activity, or safety concerns. Some information may be retained after termination as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website or communications will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring claims in small claims court if they qualify. The arbitration will be conducted by a recognized arbitration organization under its consumer rules.
